The standard delivery time for our products is 2-4 business days, varying according to the geographic location of delivery. Timeframes may be adjusted depending on distance, weather conditions, and availability of courier services in your area.
Shipments are made only on business days (Monday to Friday) and do not include holidays within the United States.
All orders are processed once the debit or credit card authorization and verification is obtained.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies or errors in product information or pricing, or issues identified through our fraud prevention and account abuse systems.
Agave Boots accepts returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we reserve the right to reject your request without issuing a refund, exchange, or credit. To qualify, merchandise must be like new, with tags and packaging intact, unwashed and unworn. Please note that our inventory changes daily and the item requested for exchange may not be available in the desired size. In these cases, we will offer you to select another item of equal value or a store credit for a future purchase.
Agave Boots does not offer refunds or exchanges for products from the Final Clearance/Outlet collection, except when the customer receives an incorrect size or a different product than purchased. The customer must cover the return shipping costs.
