Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we don't accept anything worn, used or altered. It has to be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the customer returns a used product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, and the product will be returned to the address that the customer provided when making the purchase.
Agave Boots does not offer refunds for products purchased from the Final Sale/Outlet collection, unless the customer received a wrong size product or a product different from what they purchased. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
Agave Boots pays the cost of returns in the following situations:
- When the product that the customer purchased has a manufacturing defect.
- When Agave Boots has sent the wrong product by mistake, or the product is not what the customer purchased.
The customer pays the cost of returns in the following situations:
- When the customer wants to exchange their product for a different color.
- When the customer wants to exchange their product for a different size.
- When the customer wants to exchange their product for a different product.
- When the customer did not like their product and wants to return it for no other reason.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order number.
