RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Legal Notice

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.

Agave Boots gladly accepts returns for exchange or store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item beyond this 7-day period, Agave Boots reserves the right to decline your request and may not issue a return, exchange, or store credit. To qualify for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be in as-new condition with intact tags, packaging, and must not have been washed or worn. Please note that our inventory is subject to daily changes, and the requested item for exchange may not always be available in the desired size. In such cases, we may offer you the option to select another item of equal value or provide store credit for a future purchase.

Agave Boots does not offer refunds/exchanges for products purchased from the Final Sale/Outlet collection, unless the customer received a wrong size product or a product different from what they purchased. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item that is returned with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our shipping service is only available in the United States, and the cost is calculated based on the courier service and the destination location.

Shipments are only made on business days (Monday - Friday), and do not include holidays within the United States.

The arrival time at the destination depends on the location to which the package is shipped; it can take from 3 to 9 business days and depends entirely on the courier used to manage our shipments (UPS).

Orders can be shipped from multiple locations. The customer will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number for each shipment.

All orders are processed once the authorization and verification of the customer's debit or credit card are obtained. Our process times typically range from 1 to 3 days to process an order.

The customer will be notified by email or text message within 48 hours of receiving their order if there is a delay that will affect the shipping guidelines specified above.
